We have a strict No Show Policy and you will be invoiced 70% of your bill if you do not turn up to your appointment. Reschedules/cancellations are required 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise will forfeit your booking deposit for anything under 48 hours. Please be considerate of our stylists and other clients wanting an appointment when booking.
