We have a strict No Show Policy and you will be invoiced 100% of your bill if you do not turn up to your appointment. Cancellations are required 48 hours prior to your appointment and will be charged 50% for anything under 48 hours. Please be considerate of our stylists and other clients wanting an appointment when booking.
