Not only will you be paired with some of Perth’s best trained hair colourists and stylists, you will also receive the salon experience we absolutely pride ourselves on. The Nest’s comfortable atmosphere is so unique and luxurious that

You will have access to our Velvet Lounge to relax in while waiting for your hair colour to process, which has a fully loaded snack bar, and a cocktail bar with everything from specialty coffees to cocktails.

So what’s the actual hair we do like?
We are well known for our natural looking results, bright blondes that grow out seamlessly, balayage colours, lived in sun-kissed colours + more! We believe in enhancing your hair so that it not only looks good when you leave, but it wears well too while keeping the integrity of your hair and avoiding damage.
We are masters at a style cut as well but if you have particularly hard hair to cut we advise to book with a head or master stylist.

When booking your appointment, look over the packages and select the service that sounds closest to what you are after. Don’t worry if you aren’t sure you are booking in for the right thing as we can help you on the day.
We will always have a thorough consultation and provide you a quote before starting your service. We are all about TRANSPARENCY with pricing which is why we love our colour packages so it gives a closer idea to how much you will be paying. However bigger transformations, super long/thick hair will always cost more hence why we will quote beforehand so you are comfortable.

Once you’ve booked, you will get a confirmation email and a text msg 3 days before your appointment.
How to Prepare for your appointment:
Bring photos! This could be when you’ve loved your hair before OR NOT loved it, inspo photos from Instagram or Pinterest, or even your friends hair that you love so we can then get a better idea of your goals and your style. However if you feel clueless we are more than happy to help look for photos with you 🙂
Come with Clean-ish hair. The wives tale about coming with dirty hair is not true as it is very hard to colour/foil very oily hair so washing in the 1-3 days prior to your appointment would be fabulous!
Give yourself enough time. We will not skimp on the time it takes to achieve great results and sometimes it takes a little longer if you are having a bigger transformation. The last thing you want is to feel stressed to leave or have to run out without those beautiful wave you wanted. This is your time and you will want all those finishing touches. I would allow 3-4 hours for most foil/balayage appointments and longer for big transformations or adding extensions etc.
Work/Admin/Relax. Some of our clients love to bring their laptops or a book with them while they are in and you will find it very easy to get things done in the lounge while your colour processes. NO MORE getting stuck in front of the mirror for hours with colour on your head and bored out of your mind!
